– (1) The committee may delegate some of the powers it has received under this Act to any member, sub-committee formed as per section 16 or executive director as per the need.
(2) The President may grant some of the powers granted to him under this Act to the Vice President as necessary.
(3) The Executive Director may delegate some of the powers granted to him under this Act to any authorized employee of the Fund as required.
